Emoha Eldercare, India’s leading eldercare platform dedicated to empowering seniors through technology and community-driven solutions, has announced the appointment of Gaurav Bagga as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
With over 15 years of technology leadership experience, Bagga brings deep expertise in product innovation, digital transformation, and scalable platform development, strengthening Emoha’s mission to deliver smarter, more connected care solutions for seniors and their families.
In his role as CTO, Gaurav Bagga will spearhead Emoha’s technology vision and lead the development of digital solutions that integrate health, safety, convenience, and engagement—enhancing the overall care experience for India’s growing senior community.
Before joining Emoha, Bagga held leadership roles at Pristyn Care, Paytm, HSBC, and CIBC, where he led large-scale technology initiatives and built high-performing teams across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise technology domains.
His leadership has been recognized through several industry accolades, including BW Businessworld’s 40 Under 40 Leaders 2025 and the Engineering Leader Award in HealthTech at the 8th Edition of the India DevOps Show 2025.
