Emami Ltd., one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has announced the promotion of Kaushik V to Vice President – Marketing. Kaushik has been a part of Emami’s leadership team for the past three years, previously serving as Business Head – Relief Oils, Talc, and Skincare, where he played a pivotal role in the growth of some of the company’s most recognised brands including Navratna, Navratna Talc, DermiCool, and Creme-21.

With over 20 years of diverse experience across FMCG, consumer-tech, and B2B2C domains, Kaushik brings a unique blend of analytical insight and brand storytelling. He has worked with companies like Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Philips, Quess Corp, and Zenuine Retail Solutions, leading efforts in areas such as multi-channel marketing, AI-led marketing strategies, brand development, and customer engagement.
Kaushik’s elevation comes at a strategic time as Emami focuses on expanding its digital footprint and strengthening its global brand portfolio. His vision and cross-functional expertise are expected to further accelerate Emami’s marketing momentum in both domestic and international markets.
