Dolly Jha Resigns as Chief of Product and Research at BARC India

Dolly Jha, Chief of Product and Research at BARC India, has stepped down from her position.

Jha joined BARC India in May 2023, after a successful 13-year tenure at Nielsen, where she held several leadership roles, including Managing Director of Nielsen Media – India.

With nearly three decades of experience across KANTAR, ITC Foods, and Nielsen, Jha has extensive expertise in Consumer Research, Audience Measurement, Media Analytics, ROI Measurement, and Innovation Research. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from IRMA.

On LinkedIn, Jha reflected on her time at BARC, stating,

 

During her time at Nielsen, Jha led significant audience measurement initiatives for various industry bodies and spearheaded the launch of new solutions in digital measurement in India.

Before her role at Nielsen, Jha served as Group Business Director at IMRB and also led the Consumer Insights Business for ITC Foods.
