Django has elevated multiple team members to senior leadership roles, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and strengthening its strategic, creative, and operational capabilities.

The promotions highlight significant contributions from leaders driving business growth, creative excellence, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and video production.

Key Leadership Appointments

Natasha Bhatia has been promoted to Chief Business Officer, returning to Django after a stint at OML. She leads Business Development and previously built Django’s Influencer and PR division.
She shared:
“If you think business development is just about winning accounts, you’re missing the bigger picture. It’s about building partnerships that push both the brand and the agency to grow, where value and credibility flow both ways. At Django, I take pride in driving that vision forward. The future of business development isn’t transactional, it’s transformational; it’s about aligning creativity with business intent to build long-term, purpose-led partnerships.”

Oshin Kamble has been elevated to AVP – Performance Marketing. A long-time Django team member, he oversees performance marketing strategy and impact-driven execution.
He said:
“Performance Marketing – Often misunderstood as a result-driven strategy from the get-go, but it is not. It is a combined effort of Data, Insights, Research, Curiosity, and Optimisation, and in the end, you don’t hope for impact; you prove it.”

Rohit Pillai has been promoted to Senior Art Director. With six years at Django, he now co-leads the design function.
He noted:
“Every brand has a pulse, design is how we make people feel it. My goal is to turn content into visuals that stay with you long after the first glance.”

Shivam Shah steps into the role of Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing & Partnerships. After returning to India from Canada, he is restructuring Django’s influencer marketing practice.
He shared:
“Creators today are more than marketing tools- they’re cultural catalysts. At Django, we’re helping brands understand that collaborating with creators is not a tactic, it’s a long-term growth strategy.”

Chinmay Talasilkar has been promoted to Senior Art Director, co-leading Django’s design function with Rohit.
He stated:
“Originality is Myth, Inspiration is the Truth.”

Siddhesh Parelkar is now Creative Head. With over a decade of experience, including four years leading Django’s creative team, he continues to drive insight-led ideas.
He said:
“While we are always on top of trends, we are cognisant of the fact that trends arrive without a whisper and leave without saying goodbye. It’s always ideas that stem from sharp insights that stay with people for a long time. I encourage my people not just to think creatively but also to observe keenly. It’s rewarding to see young talent not settling on ideas that are simply good enough and pushing themselves to add more depth to their thinking.”

Komal Mathur takes on the role of Associate Director – Solutions. She manages over 60% of Django’s retainer portfolio.
She commented:
“Great partnerships don’t just meet expectations. Instead, they evolve them. I aim to guide that evolution with empathy, structure, and strategic ambition.”

Aditya Pandya has been promoted to Group Solution Manager. Formerly from the Bollywood industry, he is known for his energetic, execution-first mindset.
He added:
“The Idea is only 10%, execution is 90%.”

Rajmeet Singh Arora has been elevated to Head of Video Production. He leads Django’s fastest-growing vertical, exploring the intersection of AI and storytelling.
He noted:
“In this age of AI automation, it’s increasingly important for new creators to learn the fundamentals of storytelling. Being able to make videos with your own mind and skills will always outshine the latest and greatest prompt machine.”
