Dharma Productions has taken complete ownership of its talent management venture by acquiring Cornerstone’s stake in Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA). Following the transaction, the agency has been restructured and reintroduced under a new name — Dharma Collab Artists Agency (DCAA).
With this move, Dharma Productions now assumes full operational and strategic control of the agency, formally concluding its partnership with Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment, which had co-founded the venture.
Under its new identity, DCAA will continue to represent talent across films, music, sports, digital creators, and live entertainment. The agency will maintain its focus on long-term career development, strategic brand collaborations, and cross-platform opportunities for artists.
The leadership team remains unchanged to ensure stability during the transition. Uday Singh Gauri continues as Chief Executive Officer, while Rajeev Masand retains his role as Chief Operating Officer.
With full ownership in place, Dharma Productions is expected to integrate the agency more closely into its wider creative ecosystem, aligning talent management with its expanding footprint across cinema, digital content, and brand-led collaborations. The acquisition formalises the separation between Dharma Productions and Cornerstone in the talent management space, positioning DCAA as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dharma Productions.
