Schbang has announced the appointment of Deepshikha Bhardwaj as its National Lead – Media Strategy. In this strategic leadership role, Bhardwaj will be spearheading integrated media strategies for Schbang’s top clients, while also driving new client relationships and partnerships to strengthen the agency’s growth vision.
Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Bhardwaj expressed her vision: “I’m here to bring the whole Schbang- integrated media strategy that connects creativity, data, and partnerships into one powerful story.”
With over 15 years of rich experience across leading media agencies, Bhardwaj brings deep expertise in media planning, client leadership, and integrated marketing.
Prior to joining Schbang, she was with Wavemaker as Client Leader – Integrated (2022–2025). Earlier, she served as Director – Media Planning at Publicis Groupe (2021–2022) and held senior leadership roles at Wavemaker, including Business Director (2019–2021) and Associate Business Director (2017–2019), managing the HMD Mobiles–Nokia portfolio.
Her career also includes impactful stints at Maxus, where she managed key accounts such as ShopClues, McCain Foods, Best Foods, and Dabur, and at Carat, where she led campaigns for The Muthoot Group, Adidas, Luxottica, and Borges Foods. She began her professional journey at Dentsu Media as Senior Business Executive in 2010.
With her extensive background in managing marquee brands and driving integrated strategies, Bhardwaj’s appointment is expected to strengthen Schbang’s positioning as a leading creative and technology transformation company.
