Creative Advertising Agency Wit & Chai Group Closes Seed Round at the valuation of ₹40 crore

National, 1st October: 2025: Wit & Chai Group, a leading creative media agency with a strong presence in India and a growing global clientele, has successfully closed its seed funding round for an undisclosed amount at a valuation of ₹40 crore. The equity round saw participation from marquee investors including Rohan Vijay Mantri, Promoter of Mantri Landmarks, Sanjay Katkar (MD, Quickheal Technologies), Monish Darda,CTO & Co-Founder, Icertis and Satyen Patel,MD at Sahyadri Industries.

With the infusion of capital, Wit & Chai Group is embarking on an ambitious growth strategy built on three pillars. The first is geographic expansion. The company is strengthening its team in Mumbai, scaling operations at their London office, and laying the groundwork to establish a strong footprint in the UAE. These strategic markets will help the group serve its global clientele with deeper local presence and agility. 

Alongside this, Wit & Chai aims to grow its team by 25–30% across direct and indirect roles, ensuring deeper capacity to serve global clients with local agility.

The second growth pillar focuses on service diversification. Wit & Chai will foray into service-based client verticals, expanding its offerings to include tailored solutions for B2B SaaS companies, large enterprises. The objective is to go beyond traditional campaigns and create integrated brand experiences that empower businesses to scale narratives across digital and physical platforms.

The third pillar is acquisitions and IP creation. The group is evaluating acquisitions that will accelerate its global expansion and strengthen its presence in new service categories. At the same time, it is investing heavily in building proprietary intellectual properties such as Microdrama content formats and AI-driven creative tools, which are designed to redefine how brands connect with audiences in a digital-first world.
