Chandni Shah has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Kinnect and 22feet Tribal Worldwide. In her new position, Shah will oversee the agencies’ overall business direction, with a focus on strengthening long-term brand partnerships, accelerating sustainable growth, and delivering impactful creative solutions across client portfolios.
Shah shared the announcement through a post on LinkedIn, where she highlighted a strategic shift in the agencies’ approach to client acquisition. She stated that one of her first moves as CEO would be to step away from frequent pitching and restrict new client additions to just five brands this year, prioritising deeper collaborations and measurable outcomes with existing partners.
Before taking on the CEO role, Shah had been closely associated with Kinnect for more than a decade. Since May 2011, she served as Founder and Chief Operating Officer at FCB Kinnect in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, contributing significantly to the agency’s growth and positioning in the digital marketing landscape.
Earlier in her career, she worked in client servicing at JWT India between October 2010 and May 2011. Prior to that, she held a similar role at Percept H from August 2009 to September 2010, also based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
