In his new role, Manoj will spearhead business strategy, growth, and innovation, leading CARS24’s next phase of sustainable expansion and profitability.
With a strong focus on customer trust and operational excellence, Manoj will oversee end-to-end execution across business verticals, building a foundation for long-term scalability and leadership in India’s mobility ecosystem.
Since joining CARS24, Manoj has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s retail operations during one of its most challenging phases. Through a hands-on and data-driven approach, he rebuilt the business from the ground up—redefining processes, simplifying operations, and establishing a culture of accountability.
Under his leadership, CARS24 Retail achieved one of the strongest turnarounds in the company’s history, returning to near breakeven while introducing industry-first innovations such as the 30-Day Return Policy and CARS24 Care+. His leadership has set a new benchmark for clarity, consistency, and execution within the organization.

Before joining CARS24, Manoj held senior leadership roles at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he served as AVP – Marketing and Head of Digital Alliances & Business Development, and at Idea Cellular Ltd in the Deputy Managing Director’s Office – Strategy & Planning, driving retail expansion, productivity, and infrastructure development.
