Newton joins Bullfrog from Daniel’s Donuts, where she was Head of Marketing, bringing a dynamic blend of brand and agency-side experience. She previously led marketing and innovation strategy at Special Australia, working with major names such as Bonds, Chobani, and Coopers Brewery. Her global pedigree includes senior roles at R/GA New York and Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where she led high-impact teams across telecom, entertainment, insurance, music, and engineering sectors.

Mike Ronkoske Appointed Chief Strategy Officer

With over two decades of strategic excellence, Ronkoske brings a deep reservoir of insight to his new role. His experience spans globally acclaimed agencies such as Neighbourhood Strategy, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, Venables Bell and Partners, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Energy BBDO Chicago, and Saatchi & Saatchi LA. His portfolio includes work for Nike, Heinz, Microsoft, Cathay Pacific, TAC, and the Australian Federal Government’s Department of Education, among others.

Tim Shelley Steps Into New Role of Chief Brand and Experience Officer

An integral part of Bullfrog for over three years, Shelley transitions from his role as Creative Director to the newly established position of Chief Brand and Experience Officer. With more than 15 years of experience across Australia and the U.S., Shelley’s work includes award-winning projects for Google, Honda, Levi’s, Strava, and more. His stint at AKQA San Francisco notably contributed to IBM’s recognition at the Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards in 2019.
