Blair Richardson Joins Sportz Interactive with focus on Sports-Tech Innovation

MUMBAI, 3 September 2025: Sportz Interactive (SI), a global leader in sports technology and fan engagement and part of the Sportz Solutions Group, has announced the appointment of Blair Richardson as Director of Business Development to accelerate its expansion across the European and UK markets. Based in London, Richardson will spearhead SI’s regional growth, building on its global reputation for delivering cutting-edge digital transformation in sports.

Richardson began his career as Business Development & Sponsorship Manager before joining Reuters, where he spent six years as Commercial Director – Sport & Entertainment. At Reuters, he managed the company’s global commercial sports content division, with a focus on expanding into North America and Asia. His work included partnerships with brands and rights holders such as Rolex, Nike, Adidas, Puma, FIFA, Sky Sports, Barclays Premier League, and Beats by Dre. He became a recognised expert in rights clearance and IP, pioneering new approaches to sports imagery and digital content for broadcasters, brands, and sponsors.

He went on to lead business development and content acquisition at ScribbleLive, helping sports and entertainment IPs monetise digital content across platforms. He later co-founded Chatsuite, an AI chatbot platform that created fan engagement products for organisations including FC Barcelona, BBC, Eurosport, Xbox, WWF, and Getty Images. More recently, Richardson held leadership roles at Monterosa, Hex Digital, and Rehab Agency, where he developed innovative marketing, AI, and web3 solutions for global cultural and sports brands. His portfolio includes delivering campaigns for Nike, NBA, Google, ITV, Meta, Warner Bros, and Formula 1.
