Bank Of India Appoints Concept Public Relations As Corporate Communications Partner

Bank of India (BoI), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has appointed Concept Public Relations (CPR) as its corporate communications partner. The mandate will focus on strengthening the bank’s overall communications framework, enhancing engagement with key stakeholders, and building a cohesive, impactful narrative across multiple platforms.

With a nationwide footprint of over 5,300 branches across all states and Union Territories, Bank of India operates through a well-structured network supported by 69 Zonal Offices and 13 Field General Manager Offices (FGMOs). The partnership with CPR is expected to support the bank’s communication needs at scale, aligned with its extensive operational presence.
