Antoine Challita Appointed UAE Country Head at Snap Inc.

Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, has announced the appointment of Antoine Challita as its UAE Country Head. In this role, Antoine will lead Snap’s business and commercial strategy in the UAE, driving innovation, revenue growth, and partnerships while strengthening the company’s presence in the MENA region.

Since joining Snap in 2019, Antoine has been pivotal in expanding Snap’s UAE operations, achieving year-on-year growth, and enhancing the company’s ability to serve a diverse portfolio of brands and creators. His appointment underscores Snap’s long-term commitment to the UAE, a key hub for its digital and commercial initiatives.

Antoine brings over 20 years of industry experience, having previously held senior leadership roles at UM and OMD, working with global and regional brands such as Dubai Holding, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and Henkel. Throughout his career, he has successfully scaled regional operations and developed cross-market partnership models, earning recognition as one of the Top 40 under 40 most influential advertising professionals in the Middle East. He holds an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

This strategic appointment positions Snap Inc. to continue delivering innovative advertising solutions, strengthening creator partnerships, and supporting the UAE’s growing digital ecosystem.
