Aditya Mangla Appointed CEO Of Eternal’s Food Ordering & Delivery Business

Eternal Limited, formerly known as Zomato, has named Aditya Mangla as the new Chief Executive Officer of its Food Ordering and Delivery vertical. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on July 6, 2025, and will be effective for a period of two years. Mangla will also serve as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) within the company.

He steps into the role following the tenure of Rakesh Ranjan, who successfully led the vertical for the past two years. While Ranjan steps down from his SMP designation, he will continue to be associated with Eternal in a different capacity.

Mangla has been a core part of Eternal since 2021, contributing significantly to the company’s food delivery growth journey. Starting as Head of Supply and later overseeing Customer Experience, he most recently served as Head of Product for the food delivery segment. His focus on building smoother customer journeys and improving the restaurant partner ecosystem has played a key role in enhancing Eternal’s user and partner experience.

A tech-savvy leader with a strong product background, Mangla brings rich experience from the startup and digital business world. He is an alum of the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he was recognised with the Torchbearer Award. He also holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in IT from NSIT.

Aditya’s elevation comes at a time when Eternal is looking to strengthen its leadership and sharpen its focus in the hyper-competitive food delivery space. His appointment signals continuity with a deep understanding of the business and an eye on the future of digital food services.
