Abhijit Arneja Appointed As Vice President – CRM & CX At JioStar

JioStar has appointed Abhijit Arneja as the Vice President – CRM & CX – JioStar, expanding his responsibilities after a successful stint leading CRM & CX operations across India over the past year.

With close to ten years of experience across Viacom18 Media Private Limited, JioCinema, Voot, and Disney+ Hotstar, Abhijit has played a pivotal role in shaping some of India’s most advanced consumer engagement and response frameworks within the OTT ecosystem. He has been instrumental in establishing Viacom18’s first CRM function and driving large-scale CX operations during high-impact events such as the IPL and ICC tournaments. His leadership spans real-time CX delivery, high-pressure escalation management, and insight-driven product partnerships.

In this new appointment, Abhijit will lead the comprehensive CRM and CX charter for JioStar – JioHotstar, leveraging his deep experience in multi-channel consumer engagement, CX governance, product-tech collaboration, and team leadership. His earlier professional foundation across Disney Star, JPMorgan Chase, RBS, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI OneSource further reinforces his structured approach and strong consumer-first mindset.

Abhijit steps into this role with a robust record of strengthening customer experience systems for high-growth digital platforms.
