Ferns N Petals has appointed Ajay Singhal as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Singhal will oversee business operations, focusing on improving operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth.
Singhal announced his new position through a post on LinkedIn.
Before joining Ferns N Petals, Singhal served as Chief Operating Officer at RK Business Group from September 2025 to August 2026. Prior to that, he was associated with Gourmet Investments, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer from August 2018 to February 2022, before serving as CEO/COO and Director from March 2022 to August 2025.
Earlier in his career, Singhal worked at Yum! Brands as Director of Finance from August 2008 to July 2018. He also held the role of Manager – Finance and Taxation at Nokia Siemens Networks from August 2006 to July 2008.
His previous experience includes working as Assistant Manager – Finance and Taxation at InterGlobe Enterprises from November 2005 to July 2006, and as Executive – Taxation at PwC from May 2004 to November 2005.
