MUMBAI/January 30, 2026: Galderma India has appointed Ms Geetika Saxena as Head of Digital Strategy. Geetika brings over 15 years of experience across FMCG and consumer businesses, with expertise in digital transformation, performance marketing, D2C, and media strategy.
Prior to joining Galderma India, Geetika held leadership roles with global brands. In her last role with The LEGO Group, spanning India and Emerging Asia, she was responsible for driving full-funnel strategies across paid, owned, earned, and shared media where she was steering media and advocacy, driving media planning and performance marketing. Geetika has also spearheaded multi-market D2C and quick-commerce initiatives, delivering strong brand lift and consideration metrics, and building high-performing acquisition and conversion funnels across e-commerce and emerging digital channels.
