The creative leadership line-up for the newly merged Omnicom–IPG group is now taking shape, giving a clearer sense of how the combined network will move forward.
Aditya Kanthy steps in to lead the organisation as President and Managing Director of Omnicom Advertising India. He’ll work closely with Prasoon Joshi, who takes on the role of Chairperson and will help guide the group’s larger creative and cultural direction.
S. Subramanyeswar (Subbu) will carry a dual responsibility as Chief Strategy Officer for India and Chief Knowledge Officer for Asia. His role signals a stronger push toward deeper strategic thinking and shared expertise across markets.
On the agency side, Dheeraj Sinha takes charge as CEO of McCann Worldgroup India, with Rahul Mathew shaping the creative vision for the unified brand identity.
Globally, the MullenLowe name has been phased out, but Lintas continues in India and now comes together with TBWA. Govind Pandey stays on as CEO, while Prateek Bharadwaj leads the creative mandate for the combined operation.
At BBDO India, Josy Paul continues in his role as Chairperson.
In digital, Kinnect and 22feet Tribal are joining forces. The merged unit will be led by Chandni Shah as CEO, with Rohan Mehta steering digital transformation efforts across the wider network.
All agency heads will now report to Kanthy, bringing the group under a more unified and collaborative leadership structure.
