Channel Factory, a leading global technology and data platform specializing in contextual performance and brand suitability for advertisers on YouTube, today announced the appointment of Ishika Sharma as Sales Director (West).
In her new role, Ishika will spearhead sales strategy and business growth across Western India, strengthening client partnerships and driving revenue acceleration through innovative, brand-safe advertising solutions across YouTube and Meta.
With over a decade of experience in digital media, advertising sales, and client relationship management, Ishika brings a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns through data-driven marketing strategies. Her leadership will be key to expanding Channel Factory’s footprint and deepening client engagement in India’s fast-evolving digital advertising ecosystem.
Before joining Channel Factory, Ishika spent more than five years at Blis, where she served as Associate Director and Associate Group Head – Sales, managing strategic accounts and crafting impactful digital campaigns for leading brands.
Her earlier experience includes roles with Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. and Sony Pictures Networks India, where she contributed to digital ad sales and campaign strategy for major OTT platforms like Voot and SonyLIV.
Ishika began her career at GroupM, where she handled mobile media planning and campaign execution for clients such as Godrej Consumer Products, Kellogg’s, Bajaj Auto, and Jaguar Land Rover, delivering award-winning mobile campaigns that blended creativity with measurable performance.
She also gained early experience in client acquisition and social media advertising at Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd., establishing a strong foundation in digital sales and client relations.
A First Division MBA graduate in Marketing from Amity University, Ishika also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, reflecting her deep academic grounding in business strategy and communication.
With Ishika’s appointment, Channel Factory reaffirms its commitment to building brand-safe, high-performance advertising environments and helping brands maximize ROI through contextual targeting, suitability intelligence, and creative optimization.
