Flipkart Throws BGMI Gamers Their Boldest Challenge Yet

National | September 23, 2025: This year, for its Big Billion Days sale, Flipkart is going all in with its promise of ‘Yahan Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai’. One such delightful surprise comes in the form of a collaboration nobody saw coming, with Flipkart teaming up with Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI).

Every year during the Big Billion Days, thousands of gamers use the sale to level up their gaming experience: from buying the comfiest gaming chair to upgrading to the slickest, most powerful devices. This year, Flipkart is raising the stakes by giving gamers a chance to win every gamer’s wishlist for free. The catch? Conquering one of the most unexpected BGMI challenges ever.

Enter Name2Claim, a campaign-cum-challenge conceptualised by DDB Mudra that’s inspired by the quirky usernames that define BGMI culture and showcase the creative identity of every gamer. To win, Flipkart is urging players to go all in, and make their BGMI username, their real, official name.

To facilitate this, Flipkart has created http://www.name2claim.in where gamers can ‘file’ for a name change by drafting a legit-looking classified ad announcing their new identity. Flipkart will then publish the ad on their behalf, making the change official. Telling gamers, if you are willing to go that far for what you love, the loot is on us.
