Jubilant FoodWorks Appoints Astha Garg as Vice President of Marketing for Domino’s

Astha Garg announced her new appointment as Vice President – Marketing for Domino’s on LinkedIn, signaling a new chapter in driving innovative marketing strategies and brand growth for Jubilant FoodWorks.

Astha Garg has been a vital part of Jubilant FoodWorks, previously serving as Head of Marketing for Dunkin’ from March 2023 to August 2025. During this tenure, she led revenue growth, demand generation, and full P&L ownership for the brand. Astha successfully spearheaded the iconic Just Damn Good Coffee repositioning and was honored with the Chairman’s Innovation Award in FY24 for the highly acclaimed Winter is Coming campaign.

Before joining Jubilant FoodWorks, Astha Garg held key leadership roles at Hero MotoCorp for over nine years. As Global Innovation Leader – Scooter Category (September 2021 – March 2023), she directed long-term product planning and innovation strategies. She also led go-to-market strategies and brand campaigns as Category Head – Scooters (April 2018 – August 2021), including driving Hero MotoCorp’s entry into electric vehicles with the Hero Vida project. Her earlier work as Senior Brand Manager (November 2013 – March 2018) featured multiple award-winning campaigns such as the celebrated Why Should Boys Have All the Fun? for Hero Pleasure and Feel the Josh for Maestro Edge.

Astha’s career journey also includes impactful roles such as Brand Manager at Godfrey Phillips India (February 2012 – November 2013), Brand Communications Manager at Adidas (September 2009 – November 2010), and Manager at Hero Moto Corp (June 2004 – August 2009), where she contributed to several high-impact marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
