We Are Social Singapore Elevates Daniel Foo to Executive Creative Director Role

We Are Social Singapore, a socially-led creative agency, has announced the promotion of Daniel Foo to the role of Executive Creative Director. Foo, who joined the agency in 2024 as Creative Director, will now lead the creative department, building the agency’s creative product offering and delivering innovative, socially-led work for clients across various industries.

Prior to his tenure at We Are Social, Foo spent three years client-side at e-commerce giant Lazada, which provided him with valuable insight into brand and marketing strategies. With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, Foo has worked at leading agencies such as BBH, Grey Group, JWT, and McCann, delivering award-winning work for clients in sectors including technology, banking, tourism, and retail. His work has been recognized at prestigious award shows like D&AD and the Creative Circle Awards.

In his new position, Foo will report directly to Naiyen Wang, Managing Director of We Are Social Southeast Asia, and will join the agency’s leadership team. Foo’s leadership will be key in driving the agency’s creative direction as it continues to grow and innovate within the social media and digital marketing space.

Foo’s promotion comes at an exciting time for We Are Social Singapore, as the agency celebrates the launch of its proprietary AI agent, Luna, with Skechers, the opening of its new office in Bangkok, and its recent addition of H&M to its client portfolio. The agency’s roster also includes global brands such as Samsung Mobile, Warner Bros. Discovery, UOB, and Ferrari.

As Executive Creative Director, Foo will continue to drive We Are Social’s vision of creating socially-led, impactful work that connects brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
