Schbang, a company specializing in creative, media, and technology transformation, has appointed Dipshika Ravi as the new Digital National Creative Director for the West & North regions. With more than 17 years of experience in advertising, Dipshika brings a wealth of expertise in innovative storytelling and award-winning campaigns that have shaped some of the world’s most influential brands.
In her new position, she will oversee and elevate the creative direction for Schbang’s extensive portfolio. Leading a skilled team of creatives, she will focus on driving innovation, strategy, and excellence, ensuring that the agency’s work deeply connects with audiences both in India and globally.
Her career has been defined by a deep passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of people and cultures, enabling her to create work that resonates authentically with diverse audiences.
Recognized as one of India’s Top 40 Creative Leaders and featured in e4m and Social Samosa’s ‘Top 40 Under 40,’ Dipshika has been celebrated as a ‘Superwoman’ by Social Samosa. With a track record of over 600 digital campaigns for prestigious brands like PepsiCo, Singapore Tourism Board, HDFC Life, MakeMyTrip, Mahindra Auto, Godrej, Kellogg’s, and Canon, her work has garnered more than 80 national and international awards. She has also contributed as a jury member on numerous global and Indian platforms. Her previous experience includes roles at agencies such as Creativeland Asia, Hungama (a WPP company), iProspect, and LS Digital.
