Nagaland, December 2024- Celebrating its 25th anniversary with unparalleled grandeur, the Hornbill Festival 2024 witnessed Explurger’s impactful presence as the official social media partner. Held from December 1 to 10 at Kisama Heritage Village, this year’s festival was a vibrant showcase of Nagaland’s cultural richness, bringing together art, music, cuisine, and traditions under one roof.
The festival’s opening ceremony was graced by the legendary A.R. Rahman, adding a touch of global glamour to the event. Explurger also had the privilege of interviewing Nagaland’s Minister of Higher Education and Tourism, Shri Temjen Imna Along, who shared his insights on Nagaland’s culture and his hope that people would get to know more and more about Naga culture through Hornbill, especially now with Explurger’s involvement.
Explurger played a pivotal role throughout the festival, seamlessly bridging tradition and technology. The Hornbill Festival came alive with dazzling cultural performances, indigenous sports, mouthwatering traditional cuisine, the iconic Naga morungs exhibitions, and the electrifying Hornbill International Rock Contest. By integrating its innovative features, Explurger empowered attendees to capture and share their experiences globally, turning moments into lasting memories and adding a modern touch to Nagaland’s rich heritage.
Explurger’s unique contribution to the festival was highlighted on December 7 with the Creator Connect event. This gathering brought together Explurger creators from across the Northeast, offering them a chance to meet in person for the first time. Set against the stunning backdrop of Nagaland’s rolling hills, Creator Connect provided a platform for creators to share stories, network, and build meaningful relationships. This initiative demonstrated Explurger’s commitment to turning digital connections into real-world bonds, fostering a sense of community among its users.
Another major highlight was the Explurger stall, which became a vibrant hub of activity throughout the festival. Attendees flocked to participate in interactive games like the Spinning Wheel and Lucky Draw, creating an atmosphere of excitement and fun. The stall’s lively energy, combined with Explurger’s theme song resonating across the venue and stage announcements featuring the brand, ensured that Explurger’s presence was felt throughout the event.
One of the standout features for visitors was Explurger’s Automatic Travelogue.
