Welcome to the Judging Dashboard for EMERGE 2024.

The EMERGE Awards recognize outstanding work submitted from all over India. Winners are chosen by our esteemed Jury members.

The entries will be evaluated and rated on the clarity of the campaign objective and conception, overall strategy and creativity process, execution of the idea and its effectiveness and end result of the campaign

Campaign Objective and Conception (25%)

An entry should clearly demonstrate its approach to the campaign’s purpose and target audience across all elements.

Overall strategy and creativity process (25%)

This criterion examines the distinctiveness of the agency’s strategy and idea, including its approach to media planning for the campaign. The jury will evaluate aspects such as content, design, technological innovation, and the originality of the core idea. This encompasses writing, music, and the use of animation or video to deliver a creative marketing message. The overall experience should demonstrate innovation, content excellence, visual appeal, structure and interactivity.

Execution of the idea and its effectiveness (25%)

The jury will assess how effectively the overall strategy was implemented and aligned with the campaign results through the efficient use of resources and technology. The evaluation will also consider user engagement and audience feedback.

End result of the campaign (25%)

Did the campaign fulfill the objectives outlined by the brand team? Did the agency offer validation through metrics such as brand impact measurements, audience sentiment analysis, or financial return dataor ROI statistics?

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Agencies involved in brand marketing and brand communication can apply
  • Campaign submissions are eligible if they occurred between April 2023 and July 2024.
  • Only nominations from independent agencies are accepted. Brands with internal independent agencies can also apply.An independent advertising agency refers to a company that operates autonomously and is not owned or controlled by a larger corporation or holding company.
  • Independent agencies must have been established for at least two years to be eligible.
  • Brands that executed the campaign in-house are also eligible to apply.
  • Applications will be considered valid only if all required fields on the form below are fully completed and the necessary fee is paid.
  • The jury prefers to see videos with all relevant details.
  • Once submitted, an entry can be withdrawn (fees will be non-refundable) but cannot be amended.
  • Entries or parts of entries will not be accepted via email.
  • The Adtech Editorial Board will review entries for shortlisting after the nomination round ends, if necessary.
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- plus GST will be required per entry, payable online. Early Bird non-refundable fee is Rs.7000/- plus GST. Entries cannot be altered once payment is completed and will only be accepted upon realisation of payment.

  • Upload your presentation with supporting creative materials (audiovisuals, images) using a Google Drive link.
  • The creative URL should feature either a video (up to 120 seconds) or a PowerPoint presentation (8-10 slides). Ensure all videos have audio included.
  • Please ensure the file size of your PowerPoint or video does not exceed 2 minutes or 1.5 MB.
  • Upload your presentation to Google Drive and share the public link in the designated Reference Material URL field.
