Flam has named Arun Kumar Rajendran as its new AVP–Marketing, strengthening the company’s leadership as it accelerates growth across India and international markets.
In his new role, Arun will lead performance strategy, growth marketing initiatives, and programs aimed at scaling Flam’s reach and impact globally. He brings extensive expertise from his previous roles at Paytm, Flipkart, and Razorpay, where he led digital marketing, performance campaigns, and communication strategies for high-growth teams.
